United States Domestic Orders:

USPS First Class and USPS Global Priority Mail are not trackable and are not guaranteed or insured. We are unable to be responsible for any missing or damaged orders.

All orders shipped via FedEx Overnight must be received before 11:30 AM PST. If your order is received after 11:30 AM, it will ship on the next business day.

All other shipping methods will be shipped within 3 business days.

International Orders:

USPS Priority Mail is trackable but not guaranteed or insured. We are unable to be responsible for any missing or damaged orders.

USPS Global Priority Mail is not trackable and not guaranteed or insured. We are unable to be responsible for any missing or damaged orders. International import duties, customs fees, taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold by E-Myth Worldwide within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Books purchased from us are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. CDs and audio series purchased from us are easily returned to us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap, when applicable.

Where do I send my returns?

Please send all returns to us: Attn: Product Returns, 2235 Mercury Way, Suite 200, Santa Rosa, CA 95407 USA. Please include a copy of your order form or packing slip so we know who to refund.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does E-Myth Worldwide do replacements?

We can only replace the exact item you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
