The E-Myth Physician: The Practice Plan
The Practice Plan includes everything a Doctor needs to know, have, and do in order to deliver his or her promise to a patient on time, every time.
In the E-Myth Mastery Program, the Practice Plan is known across industries as the Controlling Calendar, and is learned in Module 4 on Management.
