Business Coaching Program Design

Join a small group of pre-qualified, like-minded business owners to share experiences, evaluate business best practices, and learn new business disciplines with the support of an E-Myth Business Coach.

The core business coaching program is organized into three tracks comprised of 32 process booklets
Each process booklet is based on E-Myth's Seven Centers of Management Attention™ model, and contains the tools, techniques, systems and templates you need to build a world-class business
Your group will meet with your personal business coach by phone, for one hour, three times a month to focus on the implementation of the essential business systems

From the moment you start Group Mastery Impact! you will get invaluable guidance, support and feedback from your business coach and peers in regular group meetings and through the group's online discussion forums.
