Executive Chef, Todd Muir, has been a prominent chef in the wine country for over 30 years. His career, which began at the California Culinary Academy, includes apprenticeship under Alice Waters at Chez Pannise, followed by 15 years at the renowned Madrona Manor in Healdsburg. St. Francis and Chef Muir offer a unique Wine Country experience—a taste of Sonoma County foods that truly showcase their world-class Sonoma County wines.

Your dining experience will take place in the St. Francis Dining Room, its windows opening onto the patio and offering breathtaking views of the vineyards and the majestic Sonoma foothills beyond. Each course of your meal has been uniquely created by Chef Muir and is accompanied by wines specially selected to enhance the flavors of the freshest, height-of-the-season products. You will end your evening having fully enjoyed the bounty of the Sonoma County wine country—an experience you are not likely to forget!
