For the first 25 years of my practice I really stressed the technical part of learning... to do the best crown I can make, or the best bridge, or the best denture.
But then I got to the point where I thought there was something missing. And that was learning how to run the practice as a business.

I have been to one in Indianapolis. I'm a guy and even I felt pampered when I went to the dentist... which seems weird but was great!
