"Hillary owns a small deli in downtown Portland. Though her employees have documented job descriptions and are thoroughly trained in their daily tasks - such as making sandwiches, tending the cash register and cleaning up after customers leave - she feels like she can’t get them to take initiative beyond that. She would love to see them interact more personally with the deli patrons and notice when they can do extra things around the store. You can give us your answer below, or email us at podcast@e-myth.com. Be sure to listen next Friday to hear the answer.
