Business is Business

Personal and professional interactions can overlap in a family business; keep them separate. Don't discuss business after 6pm.

Define Roles

Family business employees should have clearly defined roles and responsibilites, like any other workers. And all employees should have a manager who will hold them accountable.

Communicate Professionally

Family members can do well together at home, then stop communicating at the office. Set up regular meetings with agendas and action items.
