Step-by-Step Product Innovation
At some point all businesses will need a product or service innovation to meet changing market conditions, to better
serve customer needs and/or for increased process efficiency. How will you go about the process of innovation?
Changing a product may seem daunting in complexity, but if the migration process is analyzed and broken down into
'bite-size' chunks, a strategic innovation can be planned, implemented step-by-step and managed effectively. Take
care planning each necessary step in a product or service design (or redesign) and specify the expected results at
each step along the way. Don't tackle everything at once and don't get caught in the trap of 'Analysis Paralysis'.
