there's a way to do something, there's a better way to do something." In other words, differentiate or risk becoming run-of-the-mill.
Here's a checklist:
- To completely satisfy your clients, what does your product need to do?
- To meet client expectations, how should your product look, feel, taste and sound?
- What conscious and unconscious associations does your product need to make?
- Are your products' price and value aligned?
- Are you addressing your customer's access and convenience needs?
