Manfred Gerstberger is a pasta manufacturer in Berlin, Germany. Hr. Gerstberger said "I'm a sportsperson. The best sportsmen in the world have coaches, and I asked myself there must be a reason why the best people in the world have coaches, so why shouldn't I as a business owner have a coach."
