The Key Frustrations Process

One of E-Myth's most important tools is the 'Key Frustrations' process, which begins with identifying individual work-related frustrations, and ends with systems built to handle each problematic issue predictably. Our Key Frustrations process has 2-fold benefits (at least);

  • it enables problems to be solved once-and-for-all
  • it removes personal blame from the equation

Systems built to handle frustrating issues become the focus of development, rather than focusing on the person employing the system. If improvements are needed, then changes are made to the system procedures. Employees are responsible for sticking to the system, which removes guesswork as much as possible.
